Our network of field employees allows us to customize and deploy a team of virtually any size and our company-wide commitment to customer care means each project will be handled with the highest level of professionalism.

Corporate Officers

Jeff Kroeker - President

President and controlling stock owner of the company Jeff Kroeker carries forward the traditions and vision of both his mother Joyce and father Edwin with him acquiring his first contractors license in 1983 and continuing with the formation of Kroeker Inc. in 1991. Jeff is responsible for the overall management and growth of the corporation and is involved in every aspect of the organization providing leadership and direction in the company’s continued growth. He is involved in many national organizations that influence the demolition and recycling industries. Jeff is a Past President of the National Demolition Association (NDA). Jeff holds an A- General Engineering including Hazardous Materials Removal, C10, C12, C21, C57, C61/D49 and C61/D06 Specialty License. He is the qualifier of the license for California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. Jeff holds many certificates to qualify him in Hazardous Waste Removal, Underground Storage Tank removal, Hazardous Materials handling, and supervisory qualifications as well. Jeff has advanced the company from the ordinary demolition contractor to a specialized, forward thinking, advanced, safe, quality and service minded company.

Jill Kroeker – Vice President

Jill has long been a member of the board and since the passing of the Joyce, the matriarch of the company, becomes the Vice President in 2024. Jill has over 20 years of experience in the demolition and earthwork industry. Jill has followed in the family business and built her own company J Kroeker since 2008 and Jill holds her own contractors licenses including A, C12, C21, C61/D06.

Bryce Jones – General Manager

Bryce comes from a very diverse business background, having successfully grown a family owned hydraulics business from 1 million in revenue to over 25 million and a successful sale as the COO. He has also been a Senior Vice-President of the Americas and Director to two fortune 500 companies headquartered in Europe. He brings over 30 years of leadership, business development and as a former military officer, a culture of team oriented results.

Gary Merlo – Roll-Off Manager

Gary is our Roll-off Division Manager and C&D Recycling Manager with 10 trucks for delivery and pickup of 300+ debris boxes. His divisions are responsible for the recycling and diversion of construction waste from our projects as well as the local contractors.

Richard Kjar – Yard and Recycling Division Manager

Gary is our Yard & Recycling Manager and and is responsible for customer relations, resale of recycled products, and all permitted landfill and storage of recycled materials and the cleanliness and organization of the 40 acre site location.

Jason Strickland – Offsite Crushing Division Manager

Jason is our Offsite Crushing Division Manager and is responsible for customer relations, resale of recycled products, required manpower and the operation and maintenance of multiple crushing sites.

Eric Rodriquez – Public Works Division Manager

Eric is our Public Works Manager, Eric was placed in the management position of the Saw-cutting and Core-drilling department in 2012 and has taken on the Utility Division performing such tasks as Heavy demolition and reconstruction of PG&E’s Electrical Sub-Stations. The division is growing rapidly and is now engaged in State, and Federal projects of all sizes. He performs the daily duties of dispatch, cost tracking, contracts, and estimating concerning the Public Works division.

Kevin Foreman – Saw Cutting and Core Drilling Division Manager

Kevin is our Saw Cutting and Core Drilling Division Manager, Kevin has a diverse background at Kroeker both in running the shop, operator and dispatch. He performs the daily duties of dispatch, cost tracking, contracts, and estimating concerning the Saw Cutting division.

Craig Chasmar – Civil/Heavy Demolition and Interior Demolition Division Manager

Craig runs our core Demolition Division including both Civil and Heavy Demo and Interior Demo. He has an extensive 30 year construction and demolition background , supported by both Jacob Shubin and Mike Saldana focusing on estimating jobs and transitioning execution to both Tom and Ricardo below. No job is too big and customer satisfaction and safety are always our first priorities.

Tom Dow, Ivan Lozano, Refugio Reyes, Christopher Gonzales and Don Clinton – Project Superintendents

Tom, Ivan, Refugio, Christopher and Don our Project Managers and Superintendents, have been involved in Construction and Demolition for over 75 years of combined service. They all have extensive knowledge and leadership skills. Their Professional Affiliations/Certification/Accreditation: 40 Hr. OSHA, 40 hr. Hazwoper, CA State Lead Supervisor, QSP, CPR/First Aid Training, Crane Signaling and Rigging, Confined Space, Fork Lift and Aerial, Asbestos Awareness, Respirator Protection.

Melissa Robertson - Safety Manager

Melissa oversees regulatory compliance and safety training. She earned her bachelors in Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety at Fresno State and is a Certified Safety Professional.

Support Staff

Thomas Hernandez - Dispatcher

Dispatcher of all crews and equipment, his duties include receiving direction from the supervisors for crewing and equipment placement on a daily basis and the adjusting of crews and equipment hourly from job to job. All field reporting comes to this position and is distributed through management.

Ricardo Ramirez – Shop and Tool Manager

Manager of all equipment and tools, Ricardo and his staff maintain and repair the fleet that supports operations. From preventive maintenance to custom welding and fabricating this support group, keeps the equipment running and downtime to a minimum.
