Safety
Kroeker, Inc takes great pride in providing our
workers and customers with the training and knowledge required to perform their
duties safely. All OSHA training, government requirements, and on the job safety
are part of our safety training efforts. We are very pro-active in the safety
area. We have a large, fully equipped safety training facility, and we have a
full time, dedicated and knowledgeable safety director in Michael Gunlund. A
full time on-site inspector is also on staff to ensure the safety of our workers
and customers.
Through monthly awareness training classes, division safety meetings, daily tailgate safety meetings, on site stretching and flexing, job walks, and job safety analysis, Kroeker has established a reputation as a leader in the area of job safety.
In 2004, Kroeker, Inc received the 2004 Safety
Award for “Construction Specialty Trade Contractor”.
Kroeker, Inc was also awarded the Chukchansi Casino and Resort Safety Award for 2007 from McCarthy Construction and the OSHA "Golden Gate Partnership Recognition" award.
In 2008 we were again selected to receive the "Specialty Trade Contractor Award" from Fresno Builders Exchange for safety excellence.
Safety and Customer satisfaction are our primary concerns as we analyze any project.
