- Kroeker has contracted, not only with this site, but other
sites owned and operated by Vulcan Materials in the
recycling of broken concrete by crushing it to produce a
Class II base rock used for roads and stabilization of
soils. With two portable rock crushers we are able to
mobilize and meet the needs of contractors and businesses
throughout California.
